Day 3 and 4

Hey all,

i know that I didn't post yesterday but I was just utterly exhausted I took a rest day to sleep. We have been so so busy at work omg 12 hours of non stop. As well as trying to fit in my challenge plus all this snow and colder weather just wipes a person out. 

Yesterday I stuck to my meal plan goals. Learning to make better choices. Still struggling though.

Day 4 Today

well today was laundry day. Although did not go to the gym I hit the floor in my little room here and just plowed out some Ab workout while waiting for laundry.

did great today as well with my meal plan

break fast:  I shake and banana

Snack: grapes , sun ripe mini fruit & veggi bites

lunch: roasted red pepper and black bean soup

dinner. Chicken no skin, green beans, curried rice noodles. Sweet potatoes.

one cup of peppermint tea today and 6 bottles of water.
